Membership

 Membership is open to all who are at the "third stage" of life ie reitrement.  There are no entry requirements and no assessments.  All you need is life experience!  Prospective members may ‘taste’ up to 3 sessions without incurring a membership fee.

Membership fees
The annual membership fee is $30 and this entitles members to attend any or all of the courses on offer.  A half-year membership fee of $15 is offered to those who join in July.  Enrolment forms are available on this site or in the Housekeeping folder in the U3A room at Greta Road.

Venue for classes
The venue for all classes is Conference Room 1 at The Centre, Greta Road.

Code of conduct
There is a very simple code of conduct which members are asked to observe for the benefit of both members and tutors.

General meetings
All members are welcome at the General Meetings.  Input from members is vital to the ongoing health of the organization.  We need to know your interests so that we can provide you with a valuable and fun learning experience.


Volunteer facilitators/tutors
U3A relies on the expertise of volunteer tutors and facilitators.  If you have an area of expertise which you would like to share with other members, please contact the Secretary.
